Chocolate and Hazelnut Babka
A sweet yeasted dough spread with a chocolate and hazelnut filling which is then rolled up, cut into two, twisted together and shaped into individual babkas. Once baked they're drenched in a vanilla syrup to make them deliciously gooey in the middle. Best on the day they're baked but also good the next day when warmed in the oven.
Available for collection only from Sneinton Market, Saturdays 10am till 2pm.
