Cinnamon Monster


Originally named the croissant monster because this item was made from croissant offcuts and used to look quite monstrous, and the name has stuck. Extra butter is added, and cinnamon-spiced sugar is sprinkled over the pastry before baking and then being rolled in more cinnamon sugar.

Available for collection only from Sneinton Market, Saturdays 10am till 2pm.
